Mo' Post Season at Wild.

Wild Mountain. Melting in 80 degree weather.
Strange year...

Two parks and a limitless amount of fun.

Though it may not look like much, with a little shovel work and a few creative minds this place is a gold mine. There's enough speed to make big gaps or perfect transfer rails while getting at least your three hits per run in. Add in the tow rope and thats easily a few hundred tries at whatever it is you could be trying, all in one afternoon. After this season I'm now positive that we have not even came close to unlocking the potential behind this little park. Most fun place ever.

Austin Young, Krister Ralles and myself have been pushing shovels at Wild for at least a decade now. It's our stomping grounds for progressive snowboarding. Funny that even after fifteen years of riding here none of us are sick of it. We haven't even had the chance to really make it what it could be yet, but this spring is showing us that Wild can be more than great park.

Hits all the way down the side wall.
So EPIC!!

Cole Linzmeyer's idea for the day was to put this rail on the middle jump, Sam Duncan putting in some shovel time. Enough lify's, action shots for days.

Austin Young.

Danimals.

Brandon Larson.

Cole Linzmeyer.

Krister Ralles.

Jake Olson-Elm: *Sniche* tripods.

Sam Duncan.

Kritter can't help but get upside down.

Back to the little park. Let the fun begin.

Sam Fenton and crew.

Alek Binder.

Chris Murphy!

Riley Erickson also made sure to put in some carves and lip slides in-between shooting.

Keepin it close.. the midwest way.

Back Lip!
Had to go B&W. Check out these clouds!
like summer out here...

O E sending it deep.

Jist of the day.
It was so hard to not shred the whole time. Who wants to shoot when it's this nice out?
Had to get a blog edit I guess... A million more and much better tricks went down than I have photos of.. but, I was snowboarding. There'll be an edit from Sam and Riley someday, I'll try to post that also.

Thanks to Wild and everyone who came out.
Awesome day.

Thanks for checkin in.

keep it rolling.

House of 1817.
Break time from work or something going on here...

Today was another awesome day. Super productive, super tiring; two things I love out of a day.
Some knuckle pounding and film check, always good signs.

Ashbury Demo now posted!

Photo's from this past weekends Ashbury Demo now up on SnowboarderMag.com. !!
Check it out. Major thanks to Pete Harvieux, Drew Amer, and all who showed up to participate in the demo at Hyland! It was so fun! Check out the link above to see photos and story.

Here are some that didn't get posted but are favorites.

Colin Wilson: He is the future, believe you me.

I've seen a few crazy things in my time... but this tops most. Boosting off the the tube. So huge!!! landing to the flats beneath.

Jake Durham has quite an ollie. Made this sign without even braking a sweat.

Austin Young has a mean roast beef.

Krister Ralles got a new board, here he wanted to show off the base a bit.. sick methods happening all day.

Viktor Simco had this demo instagrahmed before it began. On top of that.

It was sweet. Such a good day. A million people and a million good times, with a million tricks to blog. These were just a few shout outs.

Thanks again to all who came out!

S.B.N. Issue #4.

Here it is! S.B.N. Issue #4.
Pete Harvieux lands the cover this year. Poppin smooth Ollie's durring Viktor Simco's 'Ollie's for Alzheimer's'.

This took me a while to complete.. so it feels good finally putting last season all down in one spot for people to see. There were a lot of good times and neat places to show, it was hard to cram it all in one issue.

Thanks for reading! If you could please pass this on to every midwest snowboarder you know! Lets get a few photographers together again and re-start STUCK mag! Well, it's a thought anyways.

Another Snowy Cold Day.

Zac Marben.

Sometimes.. its just better to take it easy and play in the park. We were checking out a couple really cool spots then we came across this tire swing. It caught Zac's attention, so we set it up and had a super fun sesh on it.

Zac and Krister, both are happy with shots today.

I'm always stoked to see huddles around the camera because it pretty much means something awesome just happened.

Of course Riley was playing on the swing. Larson got a first row seat to view danimals lip slide!

After the play ground we went to get a bite at Arby's... and it was nap time till the sun went down. Sam and Riley passed out.

Danimals also took a nap. He was really out.
We live interesting lives...

Last spot of the day was epic! Another heavy spot! I was able to snap a few lifestyes and stills.. but yah, we then were booted... it's getting old.

Neat spot for sure! Would love to shoot here again.

Police came and we left. All to familiar of a story this week.

Hoping once again that we can get some work done tomorrow. Who knows, might even get a second chance at the drop rail.. stay tuned.
